The stay was enjoyable as we were in Lucca for a short transit before heading to Florence. The spacious family room was a great surprise, and having a kitchenette was really convenient for making our own meals. I especially appreciated the breakfast selection that included pastries and cold cuts. Access to drinks throughout the day. The B&B is a stone's throw from the city walls, making our explorations in Lucca incredibly easy. The staff even helped carry our bags up the stairs, making our arrival stress-free.

Rooms felt cramped, lacking space, particularly in the shower!!! Noise from outside disrupted relaxation, making the ambiance not as tranquil as advertised!!! Consider upgrading locks for better security!!!

During my stay, I found the location quite noisy, especially in the evenings due to shouting and loud music from nearby flats. I was also disappointed that the shower was cramped, making it difficult to wash comfortably. Furthermore, returning late meant dealing with a very noisy locking mechanism that disrupted my sleep more than once.

The room was surprisingly spacious, featuring a charming balcony, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including fresh fruits and baked goods, which was a lovely way to start the day. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, allowing an early check-in and even the use of facilities after checking out, but the bathroom could use some extra space for comfort.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a snack bar, and air conditioning. I remember the staff helped me find my lost ID on my first stay. Highly recommend checking in for a wonderful experience. I'm coming back next year!
